APPLICATIONS
ACMAR spraying machines are dedicated to road preservation with the application of bituminous binders and aggregate on the road surface. Our sprayers are part of a preventive vision of the road, based on anticipative maintenance.
3 kinds of spraying are carried out:
Surface treatments: Managed by our sprayer tankers and combined sprayers
They consist of a coat of bituminous binder and another overlaid coat with aggregate. It is used in order to waterproof the surface of the road, to spray a new driving coat or to maintain a damaged surface
Tack coating on asphalt jobs: Managed by our Multiservices sprayers
They consist of bitumen emulsion coat spraying in order to stick the asphalt on the road structure.
Patching: Managed by our synchronized combined sprayers
They consist of partial maintenance of the road surface thanks to a synchronized application of emulsion and aggregate with automatic device for crack patch
